Q: What are your store hours?

Monday-Saturday: 10am-5pm

Sunday: 11pm-4pm

Our online store is open 24/7! 

Q: If I live in Moose Lake area, can I just pick up my order from your store instead of having to pay for shipping?

 Yes! Simply click in store pick up when checking out.  You will need to show your order confirmation upon pick up.  

Q: Can I return or exchange an item I ordered in-store or online?

Q: What happens if my order arrives broken?

We're so sorry! We do our best to pack your items carefully but sometimes accidents happen during transit. Please see our policy page for detailed information. 

Q: Do you provide gift wrapping?

We do not offer gift wrapping for online orders. We do, however, have gift bags to purchase at our brick & mortar location and we are more than happy to wrap gifts purchased in store!

Q: What is your processing and delivery time?

We ship within the United States. Orders will be processed within 2-4 business days.  Please see our policy page for more detailed information. 

Q: How quickly do you respond to a customer service question?

Q: I saw something on Instagram, but I can’t find it on your site. What do I do?

If you can’t find the item on the website, the item is sold out, has been taken down from the website or is only available in store. Please feel free to reach out to us at thelakehausmn@gmail.com with questions. 

 Q: Do you offer gift registries?

Not yet!

 Q: What kinds of things can I sell in the resale area of your brick and mortar store?

We are looking for vendors who sell antique and collectible items.

 Q: How do I become a vendor?

We currently have a waitlist. Please visit our Vendor Info page to read our policies and fill out the form to join our waitlist. When you're next on the list, we will call you if a space opens up to see if you're still interested. 

 Q: I’m a maker! How can I get my product carried at The Lakehaus?

We're always looking for new and interesting products to carry at The Lakehaus! Please contact us at thelakehausmn@gmail.com and let us know about your business and your products. Please send your website information, product line sheets including wholesale prices and Instagram information so we can fully appreciate your brand! Ultimately, The Lakehaus buyers will make the final decisions on products that are carried in the store & will reach out to you if interested.
